Creme bleach system with soothing Aloe Vera for sensitive facial bleaching

A gentle bleaching treatment suitable for facial hair. This is a mild formula with soothing Aloe Vera for sensitive skins. Gently lightens hair to blend in with your skin tone.

USEFUL NOTES:
Powder accelerator is sometimes preferred because it speeds up the bleaching process
  1. First test skin reaction - by applying crème bleach to a small portion of the area you wish to treat, if after 24 hours there is no reaction continue to treat the larger area
  2. Wash - the area you wish to bleach with soap and cold water, then pat dry
  3. Mix with a clean spatula, measure 1 teaspoon of crème and place it on a saucer. Clean the spatula thoroughly. Then Measure half a teaspoon of the powder activator and mix this with the crème on the saucer (if you need a larger quantity use one part powder activator or two parts crème bleach)
  4. Apply to treatment area, with spatula provided
  5. Leave on for 15mins after 15mins remove a little of the product with the spatula to check if hair is completely bleached. If so remove crème with spatula or tissue thoroughly, If not re-apply the same crème for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Remove crème with spatula, and rinse the area thoroughly with cold water.
  7. Pat area dry with a towel.

WARNINGS:

  • Avoid contact with eyes and vaginal area, if contact has been made flush out with cold waterStore in a dry cool place
  • Do not use after a hot bath when skin is likely to be more sensitive
  • Do not apply the mixture to dry on the skin
  • Do not apply on broken or sore skin or near vaginal area
  • The mixture must be used within 30mins from the time of  mixed
  • Do not use metal when mixing these crèmes use the plastic containers provided
  • For coarse dark hair which needs 2 applications allow 24 hours before applying a second dose
  • A slight prickly sensation is normal but if your skin is sensitive to this feeling, remove crème, add more bleaching crème to the mixture and re-apply. If it is still sensitive discontinue use.

  • Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Octyldodecanol, Mineral Oil, Hydrogen Peroxide, Aloe Vera Gel, Phenacatin, Phosphoric Acid
Activator:
  • Ammonium Bicarbonate, Fume Silica (and) Silicon Dioxide

 Why would I use a bleach rather than a wax? 

  • Sometimes complete hair removal can look unnatural, this is especially true for face and arms. Julienne Creme Bleaches are a painless and an inexpensive way of fading unsightly hair to blend in with your natural skin colour.

What do I do if my hair is VERY dark?

  • In the case of extremely dark and stubborn hair, two applications may be necessary. If so, 24 hours must be allowed before the second application. 

How long does the crème bleach remain active for, once mixed?

  • The creme remains active for 30 minutes. 

Will my skin feel dry and damaged after bleaching?

  • No, Julienne Creme Bleaches contain moisturising agents that protect, soothe and hydrate the skin.

The Bleach is not working… what could be wrong?

  • It may be that the creme was not left on for long enough. If the hair is very dark, apply the mixture, wait 10 minutes then remove creme and wait for 12 hours before reapplying fresh creme. Contamination may have occurred…causing the bleach to go “flat.” Contamination is caused by water, dust or heat or from the mixture being in contact with metal. Always use the plastic mixing tray and spatula provided. Keep the jars or tubes tightly closed when not in use and store away from sunlight in a cool place.

When I use the bleach I feel a stinging sensation…what’s wrong?

  • A slightly prickly sensation is normal. The hair can be bleached in two stages with a 12-hour rest period before the second application. If the skin is still too sensitive, treatment must be discontinued.

Small pigmentation marks have appeared on my skin. Why is this?

  • This very rarely happens and occurs when too much activator powder is used or when the skin is drier than usual. Darker skins are also more prone to this. No permanent damage will have occurred and marks will disappear after a few days. Apply a soothing, moisturising cream to the affected area.
